Shipping & Returns

Once the ordering cycle for an On Pointe collection ends we will create and ship your items in as few as 3-weeks. Hand producing each item takes time and we want to guarantee you receive the highest quality possible!

After your order is complete and ready to ship you will receive a confirmation email which will include the tracking number for your order. Each On Pointe order will be sent via standard ground shipping. 

On Pointe Dance Box takes pride in delivering high-quality apparel that embodies your passion for dance and fashion. Each item featured in your On Pointe Dance Box order is hand produced with you in mind using the industry’s leading styles, art and decoration processes. 

On Pointe Dance Box products are decorated based on each customer’s product preference and size. Once an order is submitted, purchased items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or an error we committed. Products damaged as a result of customer use will be deemed unreturnable.

Exact garment color matches can’t be guaranteed, and slight color inconsistencies will not be considered defects. If the color variance is significant, we will accept returns. Please note garment colors may appear different in person than they do online depending on your device or monitor setting. 

All On Pointe Dance Box sales are final. If a product is defective, please contact us at 1-877-558-6510 within 90 days of the order’s delivery date. If you received the wrong garments you have 30 days from delivery to notify us of the issue. Please have your order or customer number available when you contact us. Every On Pointe Dance Box collection start and end dates are subject to change without notice.
